Sourcing is a team focused role and your work will help take the company to the next level.
What to expect:
Work directly with 2-3 clients on their open requisitions
Effectively communicate with both candidates and the rekroot recruiting team
Coordinate interviews times between candidates and recruiters
Conduct phone screens to evaluate potential top talent for our clients
Track and analyze recruiting data in greenhouse-ats system
Attend weekly client calls to have best understanding of the recruiting process
Multi-task within the rekroot team & be open to all aspects of rekroot
Entry level role recruitment role with development opportunities to a successful recruiter career
Qualifications:
1-2 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or hr experience
Agency/search firm experience preferred but not required
Maintain a high level of communication and relationships with all departments.
Superior customer service and relationship management skills with a consultative approach when partnering with clients.
