Full job description
We are looking for enthusiastic, committed team members who love working from home while dispatching a team of field workers who efficiently clear the path for our customers to get to work safely.
The dispatcher position is responsible for tracking the completion of commercial accounts before employees arrive to work while meeting customer expectations.
Essential duties and responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to:
Communicate with employees in the field on a two-way radio.
Monitor drivers to ensure that accounts are completed safely and on time.
Troubleshoot and resolve problems, including identifying issues, thinking critically to determine the best course of action, and implementing solutions.
Provide consistent and exceptional service levels to customers.
Proactively communicate any pertinent information to the appropriate parties
Work on a computer in various programs to effectively record information
Other duties as required and assigned
Qualifications to perform the job successfully include:
Education: high school diploma or ged equivalent
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Predominantly night hours, can roll into next day – * work when it snows.* november through april.
Strong computer skills, outlook, excel, word, microsoft office, teams
Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline driven office environment working conditions
Ability to work in a team environment, while also delivering independent results
