Job title: director, marketing

What you will do:

Because of our incredible growth, we are looking to add a full-time, experienced director of marketingYou will assume a huge role in all aspects of brand and product marketing that raise awareness, engage prospects, and deliver customer growth throughout the united statesWe will look to you to drive demand by delivering purposeful content across myriad online channelsAs an effective communicator, you will work with internal partners to execute, plan, and lead marketing programs that will enable the sales team to drive businessYou will be vital in managing multi-channel marketing capabilities nationally and work closely with senior leadership on strategy and execution.

This means you will:

· project manages all corporate marketing initiatives.

· oversee demand marketing specialist to drive online lead growth

· maintain and continue to develop existing seo and ppc performance with demand marketing specialist

· re-brand new acquisitions to the company platform

· work with web development partners for website updates for existing company and future acquisitions

· distribute press releases to publishers and industry contacts.

· coordinate tradeshows (travel, shipping, booth design, marketing materials)

· track marketing activity in netsuite crm.[bd1]

· assist with database appending and integrity, including list building and merging.

· work with an in-house agency team to deploy and report on b2b digital marketing efforts, including email, social, display, and third party.

· assist with all aspects of content marketing strategy, including content development, content

· management, content distribution, etc.

· assist in the development of new corporate marketing strategies and vetting of new corporate

Marketing products.

· assist with all aspects of email marketing strategy including list acquisition and email deployment

· work with demand marketing specialist on maintaining blog efforts for company websites

· other related responsibilities as assigned

What we are looking for:

The marketing director works with a diverse group of individuals and must be familiar with working in an autonomous environment, under tight deadlinesYou should have experience managing projects of various scopes and be willing to invest the time needed to ensure successThe ideal candidate has a proven track record managing a digitally native brand and delivering strong plans that drive efficiency and continuous improvement on roi.

We are looking for the marketing director to also bring:

· bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, advertising, or communications

· 5+ years marketing experience with emphasis on content marketing or demand generation

· experience with seo (search engine optimization) and website creation, development, maintenance, paid media management, digital marketing / crm platforms

· good copywriting and design skills with a preference on content design using photoshop, illustrator, or other platforms

· knowledge of marketing-related business practices including advertising, market research, technology, and budgeting

· demonstrated history of planning successful product launches and events

· effective communication skills and adaptable communication style for interacting with team members, upper management and customers

· leadership skills to motivate team members and manage conflicts; experience running a marketing team and/or multiple agencies

· analytical and problem-solving skills for coming up with ideas to increase demand for products and services

· past work with digital marketing including content marketing and/or social media marketing

· highly tech savvy with emphasis on social media marketing
