In light of our rapid growth and future goals, renters warehouse is looking for a property inspector to join their group!
Schedule:
Full-time | monday through friday | 40 hours per week | remote
Ga territory:
Stone mountain | lithonia | plainville
Job duties:
Collaborate with centralized services to maintain an optimal external and internal property management experience.
Work extensively in cloud based management software performing inspection and other related property management tasks.
Manage workload and headcount to efficiently and effectively deliver superior service to renters warehouse clients (external and internal)
Work with city inspectors to schedule and attend city required inspections.
Collaborate with numerous maintenance vendors to complete repairs required by city inspectors.
Perform routine and random property inspections to assess property condition.
Assist property owners in obtaining and maintaining their rental license.
Coordinating detailed move out inspections to ensure properties are properly documented.
Necessary skills:
Excellent communication skills, great attention to detail, ability to multitask and self-manage/motivate
Clean driving record!
Previous inspection experience preferred
Project and vendor management experience
Residential maintenance and renovation management experience
Construction and maintenance contractor management experience
