Description: candidate selected will perform full life-cycle recruitment in support of program and corporate staffing needsThe technical recruiter will work with hiring managers to elicit staffing requirements, author personnel requisitions, and manage job postingsTechnical recruiter will source, screen, and interview candidates, negotiate and send offers and maintain documentation in the company applicant tracking system (ats)The technical recruiter will attend job fairs, open houses, and various industry and networking events as needed to represent the organization.
Education: a bachelor’s degree from an institution accredited through a u.sDepartment of education approved agency is preferred.
Experience: a minimum of two (2) years of experience recruiting and sourcing for technical positions are requiredExperience recruiting for cleared personnel in the defense industry is requiredCandidate must have experience utilizing an applicant tracking system and maintaining hiring documentationSuccessful applicant must have the ability to establish and maintain close working relationships with management personnelThe technical recruiter will be the face of the organization for potential employees, as such; the candidate selected must have the ability to represent our organization in a professional and positive mannerApplicant selected should have a thorough working knowledge of ofccp requirementsThis position will support a remote work-site with the ability to travel to our lexington park, md location as needed.
