Requirements:
Bachelor`s degree
Ability to build strong customer relationships
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Self-starter with good time management skills
Ability to relocate after training (assistance will be provided by the company)
Training:
As an advertising account manager trainee, you will enroll in our strategically designed training program that will consist of on-the-job and classroom style trainingThroughout our 12 month training program you will shadow seasoned sales representatives as they visit clients and sell our marketing, advertising and digital media solutionsThe travel will vary based on your training territoryThis field based training will assist in your education of our industry and solutions as well as allow you to observe the sales skills taught in the classroom trainingYou will also receive world class training on sales techniques, negotiations, dealership operations, and in-depth product training at our headquarters in dayton, ohThroughout the training program, you will complete progress checkpoint assessments to help you identify areas for improvement and to ensure that you are on the right track.
Once you complete the training program, you will be relocated to your assigned territory and become a sales specialistRelocation assistance to this new territory will be provided by the companyIn this role you will be responsible for achieving designated monthly and annual quotas by selling naked lime marketing solutions and services to new and existing customersYou will perform lead generation, gather competitive intelligence, complete product demonstrations, operation analysis and proposals to customersYou will also participate in team sales presentations, as well as plan and implement sales strategies and programs within your regionAs a sales professional (and trainee) you will have a home office and will be provided a company car, laptop, iphone, and other office equipment.
