$13-$15 per hour | work remotely minimum 20 hours per week
As a part-time customer relations specialist, you will work with new and existing customers to assess their opinion on several different reynolds and reynolds products and servicesSpecialists will use professional communication and interviewing skills to evaluate customer satisfaction with our products, consulting services, sales, as well as overall satisfaction with reynolds and reynoldsYou will also assist with ensuring all of this information is kept up to date in the in-house tracking systemIf you enjoy communicating with others and ensuring customer satisfaction, this is the job for you!
Requirements:
Basic microsoft office skills and strong typing skills
Must be available to work minimum of 20 hours per week, monday-friday between the hours of 8am-7pm
A dedicated work area at your home with no distractions
Excellent communication skills
Close attention to detail
