We’re currently looking for:
Our total rewards team is hiring a benefits analyst to help with the implementation of self-funding for our 2022 medical plan and open enrollment for 2022.
To succeed in this role you must have experience in:
Project manage communications and webinars during open enrollment with benefits broker
Work with es technology to update open enrollment guides
Work with broker to review benefit site accuracy
Review and compare new plan documents
Respond to general open enrollment questions
Help with workday system testing and updates
Review and approve benefit elections in workday
Audit new hire benefit enrollment/missing benefits
Work with canadian broker on new hire benefits enrollment
Desired qualifications:
At least 5 years of benefits administration experience, ideally in a high-growth, scaling, technology environment
Prior project management experience desired
Workday experience required
Proficient in microsoft office including excel vlookup formula and pivot tables
Knowledge of aca, hipaa, flsa, ada, fmla, erisa, and cobra regulations
Phr, cebs, or similar certification a plus
