Role
Control all pick tickets and schedule for ltl, ftl, amazon, parts, sro, escalations
Develops daily picking plan including times
Responsible for auditing outbound shipments to ensure accuracy of picks
Responsible for auditing inbound receipts to ensure accuracy of receiving and put away
Liaison to the hq personnel for order inquires or various matters requiring feedback
Control all communications to customer service
Organize truckloads for outbound shipment
Support transportation coordinator to arrange sparks container delivery from port
Help with sparks metric tracking
Awareness and compliance of company policies and procedures
Knowledge
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum 6 months warehouse experience
Skills
Stock/inventory maintenance
Basic computer skills
Abilities
Multitask with competing priorities
Work cooperatively within a team environment
Some moderate lifting
Ability to operate in warehouse environment with minimal supervision
Ability to lift up to 25 lbsRepeatedly
