Remote - software manual test engineer - mortgage analytics - saas - contractor
Riskspan is a software as a service company for data and analytics in mortgage financeOur software is written in python, c++, java, columnar database in awsWe use agile, ci/cd methodologyThe testing is mostly manual.
We need to add a contractor-test manager to test our software changes for a large implementation at a client who is going to be using our perspective, predictive and portfolio modulesWe are bringing over their data and hosting it for securities, whole loan and msrs ptfls, and will be running risk analytics in batch (daily) for them on those ptflsOur client will also have access to running scenario analysis via our api and ui, and we are building tableau reportsAdditionally, we will be bringing in up to 5 servicers data related to the ptflsSo, a lot of data coming in, different analytics being run, and then outputs provide back to our clientHere is the outline of work that you will be doing:
System implementation and quality control
Implement a plan for development and acceptance testing with scenarios gathered from on-going requirements and current and future business needs
Gather input data sets and created mocked data to round out the testing needs
Work with the development and testing teams to debug execution issues, and with the business, operations, and policy teams to analyze data or output ambiguity
