Full job description
Creditors` rights law firm seeks a senior attorney for its high-volume foreclosure practicePosition requires client contact and a high-volume workloadLicense to practice law in delaware required.
Specific job responsibilities:
- assisting with the firm’s foreclosure and litigation departments
- work with and assist in supervision of paralegals and support staffMaintain the highest quality of work-product while helping clients achieve their goals and ensure firm policies and procedures are being followed.
- monitor progress and develop strategies to effectively bring files to resolution
- develop and grow client relations
Experience:
- detailed knowledge of law and extensive experience related to creditors’ rights legal representation (real estate, foreclosure, litigation)
- working knowledge of the rules of civil procedure and their application to foreclosure matters
- knowledge of federal and state consumer protection statutes
- ohio barred 8+ years
- dual kentucky license is a plus

- intermediate to advanced-level computer and general office skills
- ability to effectively communicate verbally and through written and electronic correspondence

- bachelor’s degree required
