Position summary

Key responsibilities & duties
Provide excellent customer service by answering incoming calls, emails, and inquiries from customers
Manage outbound calls as needed
Answer product specific questions while assisting customers with placing orders
Adhere to company performance metrics
Upsell, cross-sell, and promote private label products
Participate in non-sales related projects as needed
Experience requirements
Knowledge of golf equipment
Sales or contact center experience
Additional requirements & skills
Organizational/time management skills
Strong communication and writing skills
Flexible to change
Proficient in microsoft office suite
Internet access is required- must be able to work without interruption
Seasonal availability may include holidays and weekends
Business hours are from 8:00 am-8:00 pm eastern time- up to 40 hours per week
