About the role
As one of our professional executive recruiters, you will help us to source candidates on behalf of our clients for highly specialized positionsThe successful candidate will be able to attract first-rate talent and to ensure lasting and successful placementsThe goal is to exceed clients’ expectations and to add value to their business.
This is a 100% work from home position, open to any location in the us.
You will:
Partner closely with client leadership to deeply understand their teams and hiring needs building strong candidate pipelines
Act as a talent advisor and subject matter expert for executive leadership
Take a data driven strategy to provide insights into the health of the hiring pipeline, provide direction, and training to partners
Contribute to growth by proactively developing and refining processes and serving as a thought partner for the rest of the team
Source and identify passive candidates to build operations, c-level teams through use of boolean, online tools, and unique sourcing techniques
Identify new ways to build awareness of the client in new hiring markets
You are:

Able to segment clients to discern relevant requirements given their current growth trajectory
Intuitive and methodical, able to determine the different skill sets that allow a candidate to excel in each specific role
Driven to find solutions and build programs that result in attracting great talent at all levels
Famous for being an amazing partner to your candidates and hiring teams
You have:
Operations, c- level recruiting experience, preferably in a high growth environment supporting multiple hiring teams
A desire to represent yourself, rocketpower, and the client with integrity and courtesy
An understanding of recruiting metrics and how to utilize them to influence hiring decisions
Previous startup and/or agency experience and an unwavering ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience with ats applications
Experience with g-suite
