The regional logistics coordinator ensures exemplary operations throughout the preparation and completion of a new launch territory as well as continuing to maintain the operational standard in all territoriesThe rlc also provides first-line support to lc’s within their region, and ensures that territory storage is prepared and maintained properly, cycle counts and transfers are executed correctly and supply chain management is consistent in all territories within their region.
Responsibilities and duties include
Preparation of launch/hq remote - 15% of time spent
Attends all meetings pertaining to launch and market operations
Properly allocates expenses in a timely manner
Attends team meetings and communicates effectively with the team on task status to provide transparency on progress made and gives feedback on continued improvements as we grow
Sets up materials prior to launch partners with the ops/launch team to monitor package deliveries leading up to launch
Oversees recruiting, hiring and the onboarding process for local lc in their region
Continues on the ground onboarding and training to ensure all current and future talent are set up for success
On the ground responsibility - 35% of time spent
Travels to select launch cities in support of the launch team
Works alongside the local lc to manage and unpack all inbound shipments, build furniture as needed and perform quality issues
Manages and maintains an accurate inventory spreadsheet and other team documentation to give insight and flag issues to the ops/launch team
Provides daily updates of the storage prep status for team’s visibility
Ongoing market duties/operations duties - 50% of time spent
Provides first-line support and communication for lc’s in their region and meets with them on a weekly basis.
Oversee recruiting, hiring and the onboarding process for local lc continues on the ground onboarding and training to ensure all current and future talent are set up for success
Partners with ops team in maintenance of target studios in existing markets in their regions
Assists in troubleshooting issues through the creation of company wide documentation
Completes new initiatives in both existing and newly launched markets to continue successful company growth
Ensures that lc duties in their region are being completed on-time.
Assists with supply ordering for their region.
Oversee biweekly cycle counts being conducted in their region and assist with any issues or delays that may arise.
