Main purpose of the marketing coordinator
Full leadership over ad hoc marketing projects from start to finish: content creation & publishing, copywriting, affiliate recruiting, product seeding, photoshoot coordination, etc.
Align freelancers, talent, and team towards project goals and deadlines.
Brainstorm marketing projects aimed at increasing sales and profits.
Observe kpis to determine next directions with team (audience engagement, sales).

Monday - friday 9am - 5pm

Major responsibilities:
Outreach
Build & maintain list of potential partners through scouting: youtube, instagram, tiktok, etc
Act as liaison between potential partners and company: communicate updates, coordinate shipments of packages, obtain feedback, etc.
Social media, email, ads
Coordinate photoshoots from pre-planning to post-production: venue scouting, wardrobe purchasing, talent scouting, model fittings, itineraries, team meetings, revision meetings, etc.
Seed product in exchange for ugc
Organize rsg content library and media files
Content creation--or coordinating with freelancers (photos, videos, copywriting)
Strategize ways to optimize performance and profitability
Pitch campaigns and determine kpis to measure success
Customer service as necessary
Other
Market research (customer, competitor, products)
Shopify website & store maintenance
Data and file management
Skills required
2+ years
Project management - ability to lead projects from start to finish independently as well as with a team
Unafraid to communicate with potential partners and customers, yet sensitive to social boundaries via online messaging
Photo and video editing
(ig reels, canva, photoshop, lightroom, tiktok, snapchat, imovie / premiere / final cut)
Excellent communication skills: written + verbal
Highly organized (data + file management)You will be joining a highly analytical & organized team.
