Workers` compensation attorney
Description
Rusin & maciorowski is an established insurance defense firm based in downtown chicago representing insurance carriers in workers’ compensation, osha, personal injury, third party liability and lien recoveryWe are seeking an aggressive candidate for an associate attorney opening.
Qualifications
Represent the interests of the employer or insurer at hearings, trials, depositions, oral arguments, mediations, arbitrations and other proceedings
Ability to clearly and effectively communicate with clients
Assist with the investigation of accidents and problem areas
Manage workers` compensation costs to reduce liability
Compile and submit reports required by company management
Negotiate settlements on behalf of the insurance company
Candidates should have 1-5 years of experience of relevant experience
License
Illinois (required/good standing)
