Saic has an opening for a corporate communications insights specialistThis position can be worked 100% remotely.
Overview: responsible for turning raw data into actionable insights for high performing corporate communications and marketing team in the technology sector.
In this role, the ideal candidate will have experience providing corporate communications and marketing teams with valuable insights that inform strategy and provide a means of tracking departmental outcomes effectively.
Responsibilities include:
Analyze and report on target audience feedback, identifying opportunities to improve target audience receptivity to messaging and overall company perception
Analyze and report on key metrics gathered through a number of sources to provide insights on impact to business metrics in order to determine trends, insights and recommend actions for impact
Align and analyze target audience feedback and other sources of data to make actionable recommendations for changes that will improve perceptions, turning raw data from multiple sources into actionable information
Serve as the sme in the collection and synthesis of corporate communications and marketing data
Manage external vendors and agencies as required
Reports to the vice president of public relations and insights
Qualifications
Required experience: a minimum of 8 years of professional experienceCollege degree requiredAdvance degree preferred.
