Description
Saic is looking for a logistics associate to support a navy contract in the oxnard, ca area.
Logistics analyst must demonstrate an understanding and have direct experience in performing analysis and coordination of an organization’s supply chain;
Must have experience in supporting segments of life cycle of a product;
Demonstrate support and experience for acquisition, distribution and delivery of products and sub-product components in relation to a product build process and sustainment;
Must be able to support the development of plans for operational, intermediate and depot/higher level maintenance and provisioning;
Will have understanding of inventory, inventory control, property (component) management.
Perform periodic and cooperative systems evaluations to develop recommendations for system improvements;
Schedule and monitor funding resources in support of component purchase activities.
Qualifications
Required education and experience:
Bachelor`s degree; four (4) years of additional experience may be substituted for lack of a degree.
Required skills:
Must have logistics experience.
Must have acquisition experience.
Must have experience with ms products to include word & excel.
Required clearance:
Must be able to obtain a secret security clearance.
