Description
Saic is seeking an operations research analyst to support the tsa customer in washington d.cCome join our team of professionals that provide tsa with information to support the procurement/rollout of new screening technologies and procedures to keep our transportation system safe.
Although the team prefers a local candidate in the dcmv area, this position has the capabilities to be worked 100% remote nationwide.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
Writing reports that explain data results and their associated impacts
Creating test plans and data collection strategies
Managing large datasets in relational databases (ms-access and sql server)
Conducting statistical analyses utilizing python and/or r

Qualifications
Required qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience or master’s degree with 3+ years of experience
Proven ability to prioritize and execute workload to meet requirements and deadlines
Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
Must be able to obtain a dhs suitability clearance
Preferred qualifications
Experience with python and/or r
