Full job description
Solo commercial litigation attorney seeks part-time contract associate for remote workPrefer 1+ years experience in drafting discovery, motions, pleadings, and research memoranda in breach of contract, fraud, non-compete, and similar civil disputes, primarily in texas state courts.
Must be licensed to practice and in good standing in txFlexible schedule, 10-20 hours per week anticipatedPosition could eventually transition to full time if desired.
