Job description
Sri`s computer science lab (csl) builds, assesses and defends vital computer systems that affect all of our livesWe study the logical foundations of scalable systems beyond the scope of traditional testing or simulation, and we create and apply high-level tools for rigorous mechanical analysis.
Csl is looking to hire a computer scientist to conduct research and development in neurosymbolic machine learning with focus on the high-assurance learning and mathematical foundations of deep learningThey will actively participate in existing and new projects for government and commercial clientsThe duties will also include co-developing research ideas, leading the experimental evaluation of these ideas, and documentation in technical reports and research papersThis position can be based out of our headquarters in menlo park, ca or work remotely.
Qualifications
Ph.dIn computer science
Experience with the following:
Research deep learning
Familiarity with deep learning frameworks such as pytorch and tensorflow
Research prototyping, and software development skills to experimentally evaluate deep learning algorithms
Some travel to project sites and conference venues will be required
Us citizenship is not required but preferred
