Cad technician / senior project manager
Seeking cad drafter / senior project manager familiar with nyc regulations for site safety and scaffold related workThis is a remote position.
5-7 years autocad experience (3d not required)
3-5 years project /construction workeragement experience
Remote work - site visits / meetings in person will be required
Knowledge of nyc building code required
Architecture/engineering/construction workeragement degree preferred
Knowledge of chapter 33 of nyc building code preferred
Expediting license preferred.
40+ hour work schedule
Knowledge / understanding of site safety plans and/or scaffolding drawings preferred
Microsoft office proficiency required
Project life cycle experience preferred (proposal generation, management of project, billing of project, payment follow up)
Ability to visit job sites and attend meetings in nyc metropolitan area required
Work hours +/- 830-5
Responsiveness a must
Client relations part of daily task
Requires minimal supervision

Must have a computer / laptop capable of handling autocad / microsoft office / photoshop
