Overview: stMichael’s is seeking candidates who possess 3+ years of corporate recruiting, sourcing, or department of defense (dod) client engagementIdeal candidates will have experience with recruiting either dod or intelligence-specific positions or finance/accounting positions if outside the dod environmentIf not currently supporting dod efforts, candidate must possess a history of successfully changing industries with minimal impact to operationsResult-driven, self-starting individuals will excel in this role.
Location: telework
Active clearance required: none, however candidates must be a us citizen and able to pass a government background investigation.
Required:
Experience with end-to-end recruiting process.
Communication skills are key for discussing stMichael’s positions with potential candidates and briefing senior leadership on a weekly basis.
Organizational skills must be utilized, specifically while maintaining a candidate pipeline.
Must exhibit attention to detail.
Familiarity with the dod or intelligence community (ic) is a plus.
Duties include:
Create requisition to recruit (“req”) with hiring managers.
Proactively contact potential candidates.
Screen candidates for qualifications, interest, and cultural fit to organization.
Provide resume(s) of successfully screened candidates to hiring manager / pm.
Maintain applicant tracking system (ats).
Brief senior leadership on the status of all open positions weekly
Education: bachelor’s degree in a business-related discipline.
