Swbc is seeking a talented individual who ensures existing and new payments saas products are effectively advancing to address growing market demands, ever-increasing competitive threats, and the needs of identified user segments.

Essential duties include the following:
Builds, updates, and manages the execution of a strong software centric product roadmap.
Leads cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that delight payment customers.
Engages with users creatively to gain critical insights on their pains and their ideals.
Writes user stories to convey to the development team the ideal solution for a given user.
Produces documentation for release to support product marketing, product deployment/implementation, and product support efforts.
Performs market research to identify future product or industry opportunities.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Serious candidates will possess the minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, mis, cs, liberal arts, or related fieldMba or mstc a plus.
Minimum of four (4) years product management experience related to saas based products and services.
Experience with payment technologies preferred.
Strong ability to create aspirational product vision and address work required to achieve product vision.
Capable of addressing product needs across multiple areas of operations such as marketing, engineering, sales, customer support, and finance.
Understanding of amazon web service is a plus.
Software development experience is a plus
Strong flow charting and visualizing system integrations experience.
Strong business judgement and decision-making skills.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Excellent and effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Travel locally, state-wide, and/or nationally.
