Role
Communications specialist/senior specialist: focus on supporting our partners with graphic design/powerpoint requests, asset design and copywriting, slack workflows and newsletters, communications intake, group calendar and writing/design support for our key s360 team.
Responsibilities :
Support communications strategies with phenomenal, engaging writing for internal and external audiences
Run multiple graphic design projects (powerpoint deck creation) for essential teams as assigned.
Provide support on a variety of exec comms programs - including speaking and awards
Research, develop and edit content, including messaging, internal communications, and more
Own and drive a killer slack-based comms program for the success team, including handling the calendar and crafting processes to automate calendar entries
Qualifications
Visual design skills, including proficiency and design panache in powerpoint and google slides
Ability to create slack communications that are engaging and draw eyes
Excellent writing skills and critical thinking ability
Strong research, communication, and project management skills
2-5 years of corporate experience, preferably in a technology-led environment
Experience in marketing, pr, and/or internal communications preferred
