Required qualifications: bs with 2-5 years or commensurate exp in federal subcontract administration, purchasing background and buying experience
Experience in creating, modifying, and negotiating terms and conditions with vendors/suppliers
Federal government contractor experience required
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Self-starter and team player
Ba degree in business field
Has worked under a government approved contractor purchasing system us citizenship
