If so, sandia national laboratories, the nation’s premier science and engineering lab, is currently looking to hire a solutions architect that thrives working in a collaborative environment and are passionate about enabling the country to be successful.
You will make an impact by building strong partnerships and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver information technology (it) solutions for sandia’s microsystems engineering science applications (mesa) manufacturing facility.
On any given day, you may be called on to:
Configure and deploy oracle e-business suite (ebs) discrete and/or process manufacturing modules (e.g., inventory, bom, mrp, cost management, wip, ascp, quality)
Evaluate, test, and analyze implementation, functionality, performance, and tools of information system solutions, ensuring that requirements and acceptance criteria are met.
Conduct feasibility studies and requirements gathering.
Test, install, upgrade, patch, and maintain software according to ntess’s technical architecture standards.
Research, prototype, architect, and design solutions for effective operation of mission enabling or direct mission information systems by:
Developing technological improvements to our team’s toolchain utilizing oracle’s software open architecture (soa).
Designing, developing, and deploying java applications supporting our customer requirements.
Applying pl/sql scripting to aid with the automation and performance of the oracle ebs suite.
Integrate third party tools such as factoryworks and windchill pdmlink with oracle ebs.
Qualifications we require
Bachelor`s degree in computer science, computer engineering, management information systems, business management or relevant field plus 5 years of experience; or master’s degree plus one (1) year experience or phd; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Demonstrated knowledge with one or more of the following:
Manufacturing experience with oracle e-business suite (ebs) discrete and/or process manufacturing modules (e.g., inventory, bom, mrp, cost management, wip, ascp, quality)
Pl/sql
Java development
Oracle soa
Ability to acquire and maintain a doe q level security clearance.
Qualifications we desire
Oracle pl/sql certification
Oracle apex certification
Oracle ebs 12 supply chain implementation specialist certification
Knowledge of the nw complex and product realization process.
Experience working in collaborative teams
Experience with agile development methodologies
Experience conducting risk analysis and management.
Strong oral, written and presentation skills.
