You will be responsible for acting as an enabler for penetration of our products and technologies in customers’ processes in early stage development and making sartorius the “partner of choice” to biopharma companiesYou will implement early stage seeding strategy by defining cross-portfolio packages for processes, support sales reps in identifying new opportunities and align benefits to create value for the early stage customers.
What you will accomplish together with us
Own the early-stage seeding strategy and execution model within the designated territory and modality segment
Build strong technical relationships with designated focus list of early-stage customers aimed at driving maximal technology penetration in the processes of the future
Collaborate closely with the field application and sales team to ensure commercial success
Provide pd/pc/scale-up/-down/ and regulatory consultancy to accelerate the molecule development life cycle and support locking in long-term business on a modality-relevant basis
Present customer value based on sartorius solutions that is relevant, digestible and practical for the customer and its kpi’s
Execute trials and demo activities in support of the early stage opportunities, including hands-on trials in the lab, as well as by working closely with field application team; keep ownership over the projects until process is robust.
Support process transfer wherever needed, regionally as well as globally
Act as a regional bioprocess innovation key opinion leader
Transfer knowledge and best practices to sales and application teams
Consult with critical leads for opportunities to drive the adoption of sartorius technologies / platforms
Support regulatory/process related activities to enhance market awareness
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Understand biologics drug development and application process in international and domestic markets
Broad theoretical knowledge in process development, pilot and production scales
Broad (investigational) new drug application and process development knowledge based on proven practical experience
Team collaboration; working with cross-functional teams and accountability of projects
Continuous improvement
What will convince us
5+ years industry experience with a bachelor`s degree or 2+ years industry experience with a master’s degree or higher in a life sciences discipline
2+ year of industry experience in rna based therapy process development
Regulatory knowledge
Strong network in the bio pharmaceutical industry
Up to 60% domestic and potential international travel (note: travel is limited due to covid restrictions)
