Job description
The marketing communication & events manager is responsible for driving all
Professional channel (ci channel) communications and event participation,
Designed to increase brand awareness, customer loyalty and new product
Adoption.
The marketing communication & events manager is responsible for:
Identify events that help drive brand awareness to ci dealers, builders,
Architects, lighting designers, electrical contractors, etc.
For approved events, create participation proposals, including budget,
Roi, and supporting marketing campaigns, communications, activities,
Etc.
Event coordination, including trade show organization/operations,
Contract negotiation, print timelines, communication of health and
Safety standards, vendor and attendee liaison, event registration, travel
Logistics and event marketing campaigns.
Create marketing campaigns that support new product and software
Launches, including copy writing, communications design and coding,
Management of send lists and open/click through rates.
Manage day-to-day communications to trades, including direct and
Non-direct dealer communication - product availability, release
Information, event participation, monthly newsletters, program details,
Etc.
Work with creative team to define graphics needs for communications
And event graphics, including email communication, community
Message boards, store advertising, etc.
Act as a brand steward, upholding brand and trademark standards and
Consistency in all projects
Partner with internal product marketing managers to gather project
Needs and specifications plus communicate with 3rd party marketing
Team to create co-marketing proposals, etc.
Route communications and materials for review and approval by
Regulatory and legal stakeholders in online document control system
Responsible for social media strategy, and development of social media
And editorial calendar, in line with events, product and feature releases,
Etc.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or 3-5 years
Marketing/communications/event experience; luxury brand
Experience a plus.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skillsExcellent project
Management and negotiation skillsExcellent computer skills, including
Proficient in keynote and other apple software.
Ability to analyze and adapt to business priorities in a fast paced and
Changing environment.
Ability to work a variable schedule remotely from a home office with
Willingness to travel
Experience with email marketing, crm and leading social media
Platforms; salesforce and pardot experience a plus
