Savvee consulting is seeking to hire a business analyst ii to support our federal client remotely by providing requirements management and business analysis for health itThis role will utilize the full range of skills for a rising professionalPosition responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Supporting business requirements stakeholder engagements
Facilitating business requirements meetings through microsoft teams
Eliciting requirements through stakeholder engagements with clinicians
Documenting business requirements, user stories, accepting criteria, and business epics
Creating, updating, and maintaining the requirements traceability matrix (rtm)
Delivering work effort packages (wep) comprised of rtm, user stories, and business owner signoff
Performing requirements analysis
Updating online requirements repository
Eliciting, developing, and managing business and non-functional requirements for identified capabilities
Understanding the organizational policies and procedures for accuracy of solutions and deliverables to client
Demonstrating a commitment to quality and customer support
Bachelor`s degree
2+ years of professional experience
3-5 years of stakeholder engagement experience
Highly skilled in microsoft suite products: project, excel, powerpoint, visio, access, & word
Currently hold or have the ability to obtain a public trust
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Desired skills & education:
International institute of business analysis (iiba) certification in either ccba or cbap
