As a recruiting specialist, you will be part of an amazing team managing projects and recruiting participants for market research studiesOur participants sign up to take part in our paid research studies, so they want to hear from us.? you will collaborate with project teams to understand the study parameters and recruit the perfect participants for our clients.
Our studies help clients improve existing products, develop new ones, and better understand their customersStudy topics can range from pizza to pets to politics and everything in between so it’s never boring! if you are naturally curious and love to learn, this might be the role for you!?

This is a full-time, remote position.
Responsibilities include:
Managing multiple projects simultaneously from set up to close out
Providing outstanding internal and external customer service
Screening qualified participants to participate in our research studies
Assisting fellow team members when they need a hand
Maintaining a positive attitude
Caring about others
Contributing to the success of the projects, the team, and the company
