Contribute to and design the proposal content library
Work with the team to design the structure of proposal content to house in the library and how to build it so that pieces fit together simply and effectively across broad and complex services
Apply copywriting techniques and persuasive prose to establish a complete, accurate and effective baseline of content
Work with graphic design vendors to incorporate supporting graphics and assets into the copy
Effectively convey information about complex services, together with client benefits, for an audience unfamiliar with the details
Conduct interviews with internal subject matter experts to refine our value proposition
Provide copywriting and editing support on active proposals
Meet with internal teams to understand proposal goals
Make edits to active proposals to improve proposals before submission, ensuring error-free and compelling content
Drive continued improvement
Maintain a consistent tone of voice across all proposal copy in library and active proposals
Encourage fellow team members to use persuasive writing in their proposals
Research new proposal writing techniques and share best practices with team members
Work as part of a team to offer suggestions for improvements or ways to streamline the process
Participate in knowledge sharing activities to evolve content library
Contribute to proposals that help the sales team attain high proposal win rates
Qualifications

Adept at simplifying complex concepts

+2 years` experience in a similar proposal writer or copywriter role
