Full job description
Scott social is a boutique social media marketing agency in phoenix, arizonaWe elevate and streamline the social media process of small businesses, from beautiful content creation to heart-to-heart community management and everything in between.
We’re looking for an experienced copywriter and social media strategist who’s available at minimum of 15 hours per week, with the opportunity to grow.
Responsibilities:
Become an integral part of the team, partnering with our team to strategize, write, and publish engaging posts for various small businesses
Support clients and internal marketing efforts with social media content creation, proofreading, blog writing, email copy, and other copywriting as assigned
Optimize the language, tone, and message of social media strategies based on our clients’ target audience’s behaviors
Brainstorm and create persuasive, clear and strategic copy that drives meaningful business results
Collaborate with graphic designer to ideate new campaigns and take them from rough thoughts to clear, concise, finished campaigns
Requirements & qualifications:
Minimum 3 years digital based copywriting and/or marketing experience (portfolio required)
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, creative writing, english, or equivalent work experience required
Detail orientedness required
Creative storyteller who inspires and connects directly to our audience
Experience in managing multiple long and short-term projects
Experience in adapting language, tone, and messaging to the audience of varying clients across industries
Ability to troubleshoot challenges and deliver on schedule

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
