We are looking for an experienced leader to manage our quality assurance organizationThis includes ensuring that all key milestones in the quality assurance process have been completed successfully from planning through documentation to the point of sign-offIn this role, you will build and manage the team(s) responsible for implementing and enforcing our saas platform qa processes and implementing qa automationThe qa manager reports directly to secberus’s chief technical officerThis is a great opportunity for the right individual to be a part of a high-caliber team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Responsibilities:
Learn and understand the product offerings of secberus, inc.
Build and manage the qa testing and automation team(s).
Create and execute project and release test plans and test cases.
Own creation and maintenance of the qa testing tools, schedules and processes.
Lead test execution, ensure bug reports are submitted and bug fixes verified.
Gather quality metrics and build reports for various entities in the organization.
Qualifications:
At least 5 years of diversified experience working as a qa engineer.
At least 2 years managing a testing team.
Experience testing saas products/services.
Experience with at least one scripting language.
Experience testing cloud-based applications in aws.
Must be a self-starter, independent, motivated, detail and quality-oriented.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology.
A graduate degree is preferredHowever, we are willing to consider applicants without a degree whose work experience, training, and outstanding performance make them compelling candidates.
Compensation:
Base salary(doe) + esop + benefits
