We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering high quality marketing to be our marketing coordinatorYou will be responsible for working with the integrated marketing director to launch campaigns, organize project management software, and publish content for us at section4.
This is a remote position based in the us.
What you`ll do
Assist integrated marketing director in setting up projects using project management software
Publish content to the section4 website and social channels
Manage processes that are “behind the scenes” within the marketing team and with other teams
Ensure assets (graphic, photographic, etc) are organized and documented for expedient access
Set up and check that various components of our tech stack are functioning properly
Project manage the marketing operations calendar
Who you are
You’ve graduated with a undergraduate degree, have had multiple marketing internships, or have 1-3 years of marketing experience
You’re highly organized, managing multiple projects simultaneously with flawless execution and excellent documentation
You’re communicative - quick to respond and thrilled to work with others, both within the marketing team and outside the marketing team
