Sekisui xenotech, llc is currently hiring for a marketing communications coordinator within the global marketing departmentThe marketing communications coordinator will add value to sekisui xenotech’s market presence through various content media, including marketing materials, advertisements, website copy, and scientific educational materialsThese deliverables will contribute to global marketing initiatives to achieve qualified lead targets and the brand awareness goals of sekisui xenotechThe marketing communications coordinator is responsible for scientific writing and digital marketing content for various platforms and media, including press releases, blog posts, sales collateral, video scripts, ebooks, infographics and moreThey are also responsible for collaborating with sales, scientific operations, scientific consulting, technical support, and other teams within the company and corporate divisions to develop and deliver valuable content that drives market awareness, adoption, and global market share growth for sekisui xenotech and sekisui medical division’s products and servicesThis position is remote with duties completed remotely, via telecommutingEssential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited, to the following:
Primary writer and editor for all marketing content including social media, blog posts, ad content, sell sheets, and messagingAdditionally coordinates press releases, editorials, whitepapers, ebooks, or any other communications.
Works with director, global marketing to manage the strategy and conception of content for all marketing communications.
Develop new and update existing website content
Work with business analyst to integrate search engine optimization (seo) keywords and best practices to increase website traffic through organic search
Coordinates access to and promotion of scientific resources (e.gPublications, webinars, posters presented by sxt experts)
Produces reports, presentations, or other content on assigned programs and initiatives, for both scientific and lay audiences, as neededAssists with development of newsletters, briefing documents and other communications, as neededTranslates complex scientific language into lay updates for reports, website, and other communication vehicles as needed.
Works with scientific consulting and scientific operations to develop and deliver scientific presentations, including content for trade shows, webinars and seminarsManages public presentation of such materials, optimizes organization and accessibility, and executes appropriate promotion
Coordinates sxt presence at shows, seminars, workshops and any external eventCoordinates all logistics with external organizers and internal participants to ensure sxt excellence and valuable roi (return on investment).
Works collaboratively with sxt service and product management to achieve marketing excellence across all segments of xenotech’s business
Perform all other responsibilities and additional duties as assigned additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned as the role changes/evolves with industry developments.

Bachelor`s degree in science-related field, with experience in technical writing, marketing communications and at least 5 years in a scientific company or cro preferredExperience may be substituted for degree.
Strong presentation skills and ability to persuasively and clearly communicate complex and technical information.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical journals, financial reports, and common scientific or technical information is required.
Ability to respond effectively to the sensitive inquiries or concerns from customers or members of the business community required.
Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups and/or boards of directors.
Ability to translate technical and scientific information into meaningful language from the customer perspective, without jargon.
Ability to communicate using a combination of business and scientific terms (to the customer perspective), and in a persuasive, appealing, and professional fashion.
Ability to apply general mathematical operations to tasks that relate to understanding or communicating basic performance and use characteristics of life-sciences products

Experienced in utilization of personal computers and peripheral equipment (i.ePrinters).

Familiarity with scientific terminology and underlying scientific principles of company’s products and services is desired.
