To help with our growth we are looking for a client relationship manager to handle a broad range of administrative tasks focusing on working closely with select express leadership, our contract carriers, and client service centers providing first class service and communication at all timesThis is a full-time position with a starting rate of $20.00 per hour.

Responsibilities:
Assign daily routes to contracted carriers in a timely manner.
Communicate with client service centers via email/phone about any issues relating to delivery, driver performance, and general questions.
Ability to quickly respond to customer/management needs and inquiries.
Daily follow up with contract carriers regarding open proof of deliveries (pods) and general performance.
Escalate to management anything that may put select express in a less than favorable situation with the customer.
Update internal and external databases with upmost accuracy and integrity.
Skills needed:
Microsoft office savvy/tech savvy (can navigate an iphone/android, general pc skills)
Ability to view/analyze 250+ emails a day.
Outstanding communication skills, both written and oral.
Be able to handle change in a positive way.
Respond positively to coaching.
Desire to grow and advance.
Routing or dispatch experience a plus
Education/experience:
High school diploma required
College degree preferred
Two years of service industry preferred
Experienced in the use of ms office suite and web based applications
Two years of supervisory experience desired
