To help us continue our extraordinary growth, we are currently looking for a recruiting coordintor to assist with sourcing new contractors for delivery and assembly services nationwideStarting rate of $15.00-$16.00 per hour
This is a remote position - you can work from your own home! must have a dedicated distraction free work spaceThere are career advancement opportunities - we are a company that strongly believes in promoting from within.
Position overview:
We are looking for a highly organized person to provide direct support to the district field managers via sourcing, interviewing, cold calls, secondary interview set ups and keeping accurate system updatesThe coordinator will be the front person in filling 1099 contractor requisitions.
Source candidates via online searches, social media, job boards, skilled trades sites and conduct cold calls to fill area work needsReview applications for contractors and analyze their candidacy against work available in each area
Conduct a high volume of initial phone calls promoting the work we have available by area
Coordinate second calls with the respective hire managers and work hand in hand with managers to understand their needs
Maintain recruitment applicant tracking system, ensuring information is up to date
Must have a dedicated work space free from distraction.
Qualifications:
Ats experience preferred
High volume cold call experience preferred
Extreme attention to detail and impeccable follow through
Highly organized self-starter with a proven track record of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
Friendly outgoing demeanor as first point of contact for candidates
Exceptional communication skills
Experience with an applicant tracking system
Experience with recruiting, marketing via social media and sales a plus
Experience with transportation contractors a plus
