**this position will have the opportunity to work remotely/from home, but will also be required to come in to servicelink`s jacksonville, fl offices at timesAs such, candidates must be within commuting distance of jacksonville, fl, and be willing/able to work in-office as needed.
A day in the life in this role, you will…
Analyze client’s business data and provide internal reporting for the operational teams
Pull and analyze data to find areas of opportunity to improve our customer’s experience
Create action plans and provide solutions to the business that will enhance our customer’s experience
Meet with the operational teams on a consistent basis to review and discuss process changes needed
Create and update workflows based on new processes being implemented

Responsibilities:
Analyze client’s business data and provide summary analysis to business leaders
Create ideas and solutions to concerns found in the data
Provide action plans and process change proposals to the business that will enhance our customer’s experience
Schedule meetings with the operational teams to review and discuss the data
Follow through with the operational teams on action plans and process changes until results are realized
Effectively collaborate with business and technical teams to develop requirements, and drive projects to completion
Works with minimal supervision, to deliver on schedule, and to coordinate and prioritize multiple job requests
Accomplishes all of the above in accordance with standard procedures
Perform all other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree (technical or business degree) or equivalent work experience
Should be able to use and have advanced computer skills and be proficient in the microsoft software products
Expert knowledge in microsoft excel (formulas and pivot tables are used on a daily basis) and power point
Ability to handle change and ambiguity
Effective in a fast paced environment
Ability to multi task
Ability to summarize data and provide a story with solutions to address areas of opportunity
Ability to be self-directed and motivated
Strong execution and project management skills
