Sheerid is actively searching for a marketing operations manager to join our growth marketing teamThis role will focus on building and optimizing key marketing systems and you will function as our marketo product expertIn addition, as a martech sme, you will help design, build and guide sheerid through critical marketing systems implementations and integrations.
Role specific job duties
Plan and execute a wide range of marketing operations projects to improve campaign tracking, lead management and overall execution of the marketing campaigns.
Build and maintain automated programs within marketo for lead management, assignment, distribution, scoring and automation.
Support integration with salesforce.com and other marketing software tools (drift, foleon, uberflip).
Owner for marketo roadmap & backlog - identify existing gaps, continuously improve efficiency; drive new requirements gathering, design/development, configuration, and testing.
Collaborate to create reports that improve efficiency and help marketing better demonstrate its impact on the organization.
Partner with sales operations on enhancing and troubleshooting issues with the lead management process and system integrations.
Subject matter expert for end-to-end lead flow processing from form submit/list upload to sales handoff including lead routing.
Maintain documentation, train teams, troubleshoot critical, time sensitive issues.
Evangelist for marketo best practices, including documentation and training.
Required skills / experience
Marketo certified expert preferred; salesforce admin certification a plus
5+ years’ experience in consulting, marketing operations, digital marketing, or demand gen
Practical experience in reporting across platforms (google analytics, marketo, salesforce, looker)
Working knowledge of html/css
Strong communication skills, excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively across teams
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously, perform in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a high level of detail and accuracy with a positive, pro-active attitude
