Job title: software tester
Location: us-md-baltimore
Location: remote
Work location -primarily remote, however, if they are local, client would want them to come to meetings at baltimore office occasionally.
Responsibilities:
Looking for a sotfware tester
Duties and responsibilities:
Create and document test plans, execute tests, analyze results, and report problems and anomalies, all via the lens of business end users.
Work closely and collaboratively with both mdh business partners, pmo and vendor technical delivery teams.
Ensure software testing is done on-time and as planned and notify management about bottlenecks and other issues and risks.
Create uat plan, identify test scenarios working closely with business smes/bas
Document and execute test cases and report defect
Participate in defect triage meetings and demos
Daily and weekly status reporting to stakeholders
Provide support and work closely with line of business (lob) and other enterprise stakeholders to accomplish ultimate goal of delivering a high-quality product that will support the goals and objectives
Required skills:
Experience with webservices/api testing, javascript, json, postman, rest api
Experience with healthcare data exchange standards; hl7, cda, fhir
Experience with data house testing with strong sql skills
Experience healthcare domain
Experience in project management and qa methodology.
Strong experience creating test cases and writing manual test scripts
Defect/bug management and familiarity with defect management tools (hp alm, bugzilla, jira etc.)
