Smart choice partners – fl, llc is seeking a special insurance agent to join our teamThis agent will be responsible for handling sales and service calls commensurate with company values and deliver world class serviceThis is an excellent opportunity for growth and uncapped income potential for the right candidates.
Responsibilities:
Expand business by proactively building relationships with existing customers
Assist clients with renewals of their existing policies.
Identity additional needs that client may have for products/services offered by our firm.
Resolve client inquiries and concerns
Comply with insurance standards and regulations
Track and identify areas of improvement
Qualifications:
2 years’ experience in sales for property & casualty and commercial insurance
Candidates must have 220 or 440 florida state insurance license
Ability to build rapport with clients
Strong negotiation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrates well-developed computer skills (internet, email, keyboarding).
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Effectively present information and respond to questions from management, employees, clients, customers, and the general public.
Bilingual would be great
Sale experience is a must.
Knowledge with allied/epic management system.
