We are looking for a doctor recruiting specialist to join our team.

What you’ll do
Facilitate the sourcing, screening, placement, and onboarding of doctors
Organize itineraries and attend interviews, as needed
May assist with initial negotiation of employment agreements
Establish relationships with top orthodontic schools and residency programs to identify and source potential talent
Attend conferences and events to gather leads, establish relationships and market smile doctors
Partner with key stakeholders such as human resources, marketing, finance, operations, and others to streamline the doctor onboarding process
Update posted positions as needed
Maintain a database with candidate details
Serve as a point of contact for doctor candidates to update them on their status
What you’ll need
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, management, or a related field preferred
Minimum two (2) years’ recruiting experience required; previous doctor recruitment experienced preferred
Intermediate knowledge of the recruitment process
Minimum two (2) years` related experience in the healthcare industry
