The travel and tourism industry is starting to see a rebound, and we are looking to add to our team.
Snelling hospitality is an executive recruiting firm that places hospitality candidates in hotels and restaurants nationwide.
I am looking to add a part-time recruiter to the team!
The ideal candidate has an entrepreneurial spirit because we can teach the recruiting, but the hunger and drive needed to succeed is a must.
The best candidate will have the following:
Minimum of two years experience in hospitality, outside sales, or recruiting
Strong phone skills and remote capabilities
Experience in hospitality, sales, restaurants or travel and tourism is a plus
Experience with providing outstanding customer service.
The schedule is flexible during the week but does require 16-20 hours a week.
Understanding linkedin is a must: can be taught, but having a profile is a start.
The hourly rate is $15 to 17 an hour with the potential for bonuses
