We are a ski travel company focused on getting skiers and snowboarders onto the slopes! as our at home travel consultant, you will use your world class customer service to assist clients in booking complete vacation packages that are best suited to their needs - both over the phone and/or through the online chat and emailThis is an ideal opportunity for a self-motivated individual who is passionate about the snow.
The key responsibilities of the role include:
Using our online platform and system to assist customers in creating a ski package
Providing customers with advice on ski resorts
Managing the travel booking from beginning to end
Providing customer support over the phone, live chat or email
Providing courtesy calls to customers before their trip
Liaising with partners and suppliers to manage customer bookings
Assisting in administrative work such as data entry and pricing reviews
Cold calling potential customers

This is a seasonal position with an hourly pay of $18 per hour

Job qualifications
Excellent communication and active listening skills, including the ability to speak, read and write fluently in english in order to establish and maintain relationships with clients.
Ability to work under pressure and maintain excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
Computer proficiency, including the ability to easily and efficiently navigate and toggle between multiple screens, talk and type simultaneously, and troubleshoot basic computer issues.
High school diploma or equivalent degree.
A passion for skiing/snowboarding or familiarity with major domestic ski destinations such as colorado, utah, lake tahoe or international destinations such as europe, japan, and canada.
Technical job requirements:
Candidates must have the following:
High speed internet
Home office free from background noise and distractions
Ski experience (mandatory - please do not apply if you have not skied before)

Schedule requirements:
This work-at-home position requires that the candidate be available to work 40 hours per weekOvertime may be required during peak business periods such as the month of december and januaryHours will include weekend hours, evening hours and holidays.
