We are looking for an enthusiastic wedding and event planner to produce events from conception through to completionYou are expected to provide exceptional customer service and create memorable events that exceed customer expectationsThis is a full time hourly position.
About you
Excellent customer service as well as outstanding written and verbal skills with a high expectation for quality.
Detail-oriented
Managing event timelines, vendor schedules, rental orders, and site plans
Being able to multi task and manage your time accordingly
You thrive in a team environment, but you`re also willing and able to take the lead.
You are friendly, approachable, and you exude confidence and composure when communicating with site personnel, vendors, clients and event guests.
You have event management and/or event coordination experience.
You are proficient in gmail and google docs and platforms
