# Cost Controller

# The job Role :

To produce daily/weekly flood flash report

* Operating cost prices
* Recording of transfers of food between departments
* Monitoring costs of all food results
* Production of monthly food results
* Undertake relevant menu costing
* Update Food & beverage cost prices
* Recording of transfers between beverage departments
* Production of monthly potential sales report
* Maintain an accurate cellar ledger
* Monitoring profitability of all Food & Beverage areas and suggest
and/or implement improvements

# Requirement :

* Minimum years’ experience working in cost control
* Outstanding communication skills
* Partly qualified in CIMA or relevant field strongly preferred
* Experience in Hotels/Restaurant field is an added advantage -
* Age between 25-40 Years
