โข Efficiently handle high call volumes from our stakeholders ( patients, hospital staff and consultant )
โข Work on a 24x7 shift on the roster and the ability to work on night shifts

โข Take accountability to manage various forms of patient grievances and complaints.
โข Provide necessary solutions in order to sustain patient loyalty.

โข Preferably with 1 to 2 years call centre experience however school leavers are also considered.
โข Ability to work a 24x7 shift on a roster basis

โข Ability to communicate at least in two languages.
โข Knowledgable of Microsoft office is an added advantage
