# The Job Role :
γ~γEfficiently handle high call Volumes from our stakeholders
( patients , hospital staff and consultant )
γ~γ Work on a 24x7 shift on roster basis and the ability to work on
night shifts
γ~γGo the extra mile to exceed customers expectations.
γ~γ Provide accurate information using the given systems.
γ~γ Take accountability to manage various forms of patient
grievances and complaints.
γ~γ Provide necessary solutions in order to sustain patient loyalty.
# Mandatory Requirements :
γ~γPreferably with 1 to 2 years call center experience however
school leavers are also considered.
γ~γ Ability to work a 24x7 shift on a roster basis
γ~γWork night shifts on a roster basis
γ~γ Ability to communicate at least in two languages.
γ~γ Knowledgeable on Microsoft office is an added advantage
