• Answering telephone calls, as well as screening and forwarding calls.
• Assisting the HR Team in administrative tasks.
• Welcome and direct visitors who arrive at the office premises.
• Help out each person who approaches the front desk with a query.
• Distribute all letters and documents received by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
• Sorting daily deliveries/Mail/Courier on the basis of priority.


𝗣𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗲 :

• Age between 22 - YeaRs.(Preferably a female)
• Candidate must be outgoing, energetic, friendly and professional.
• Proficient in English and Sinhala(Oral and Witten)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Diploma in HR or Business management or any equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 2 Years of working experience in a similar role.
